What founders ask us first
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Engineering, AI architecture, product and design are what we bring. Your job is the domain, the customer and the market.
- Do I need funding first?
- No. We start from the founder and the problem, not from a round. If a venture later raises on its own, that is a decision we make together.
- What does the partnership look like?
- A jointly owned company with a shared operating cadence. Specific terms are set per venture in writing, so we discuss them directly rather than publishing a template.
- What happens after we talk?
- We work through the domain, the buyer, the painful workflow and what people do today. If it looks like a company, we scope the first build together.
- What do you build with?
- AI-native software from the start — the workflow redesigned around what models can now do, not AI bolted onto an existing tool.
- Do you only work with Memphis founders?
- We are based in Memphis and most relationships start here, but the work is remote-friendly and the market is not local.
